By ADAM ZAGORIA

New Vanderbilt head coach Jerry Stackhouse continued his recent recruiting roll by landing Notre Dame transfer D.J. Harvey on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-6 Harvey, a DeMatha, MD native, averaged 10.7 points and 4.2 rebounds last season for the Irish. He will sit one year and then play two.

Vanderbilt on Sunday got a commitment from K.J. Martin, Kenyon Martin’s son. The Commodores also have pledges from point guard Scotty Pippen Jr., shooting guard Jordan Wright and small forward Dylan Disu.

The Commodores also hosted 7-3 Cal transfer Connor Vanover on an official beginning Monday. He averaged 7.5 points and 3.0 rebounds last season.
