Cole Anthony to take official to Wake Forest

By ADAM ZAGORIA

Cole Anthony, the 6-foot-3 point guard from Oak Hill Academy (VA), will take an official visit to Wake Forest Sunday-Monday.

Wake Forest watched Anthony last month at the City of Palms Classic when Anthony went for 19 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists as Oak Hill Academy (VA) routed D.J. Jeffries and Olive Branch (MS), 96-59, to advance to the semifinals.

Anthony’s performance included at least one highlight-reel dunk.

The son of former NBA point guard Greg Anthony, Cole is down to six schools, North Carolina, Oregon, Wake Forest, Notre Dame, Miami and Georgetown. He has taken officials to North Carolina, Oregon, Notre Dame and Georgetown. This will be his fifth official visit.
