Bracketology: Villanova, Virginia, Purdue, Kansas Projected No. 1 Seeds

Villanova, Virginia, Purdue and Kansas are the projected No. 1 seeds in Joe Lunardi’s latest Mock NCAA Tournament Bracket released Monday.

Per Lunardi, Auburn, Michigan State, Xavier and Duke are the 2 seeds.

The 3 seeds feature Ohio State, Cincinnati, Oklahoma and Arizona.

The 4s are North Carolina, West Virginia, Clemson and Tennessee.

The ACC has nine projected teams in the Big Dance, with the SEC, Big 12 and Big East getting seven apiece. The Big Ten has four and the Pac-12 three.

From the tri-state area, Seton Hall, Syracuse, Wagner and Rider are in.

The last four in are Boise State, SMU, N.C. State and Syracuse. The first four out are Missouri, Virginia Tech, Western Kentucky and Washington.
