Arizona’s Allonzo Trier listed as day-to-day

By SEAN BOCK

Arizona junior guard Allonzo Trier is listed as day-to-day after suffering a bone bruise in his left knee in the 83-53 win over North Dakota State on Monday, a source told ZAGSBLOG.

The leading scorer for the Wildcats at 21.7 points per game, Trier made knee-to-knee contact with an opponent at the 9:53 mark in the second half and exited the game with 15 points and four assists.

Arizona is on a six-game winning streak with their last loss coming against Purdue on Nov. 24 in the Battle 4 Atlantis 7th-place game.

The Wildcats are No. 19 in the AP Poll and play host to UConn on Dec. 21 followed by No. 3 Arizona State on Dec. 30 in Tuscon.
