Michigan State’s Miles Bridges leaves game with sprained ankle

Michigan State sophomore Miles Bridges, the Big Ten Preseason Player of the Year, sprained his left ankle while driving to the basket during the second half of the No. 2 Spartans’ 93-71 victory over Stony Brook.

Bridges (20 points, 6 rebounds) left the game for the locker room and did not return. He is listed as day-to-day.

Without Bridges down the stretch, Nick Ward had 22 points and 11 rebounds and Josh Langford tallied 19 points and 5 assists.

For my one-on-one interview with Bridges, a projected Top 10 pick in the NBA Draft, check out The 4 Quarters Podcast below.
