Brewster Forward Lukas Kisunas Sets Three Officials

Lukas Kisunas, the 6-foot-10, 256- pound forward from Brewster (N.H.) Academy, has set three official visits, coach Jason Smith announced.

Kisunas visits UConn beginning today (9/25), Old Dominion (9/30) and Illinois (10/7). UConn coach Kevin Ollie was at Brewster last week for Kisunas.

Kisunas played this summer with the Lithuanian U18 National Team at the European Championships.

“He’s been extremely well-coached, a lot of National Team experience,” Smith said in January. “He played in the World Championships last year, European U18s this year. Really physical, just a throwback, like an old-school Big East center. Just bangs, physical, likes to hit people. He’s a better athlete than people realize. He’s got great hands, but they’re also really strong hands.”
