James Wiseman, the 6-foot-10 power forward from The Ensworth (TN) School and Team Penny, has become the first player in the Class of 2019 with a Kentucky scholarship offer.
Wiseman is ranked No. 1 by ESPN in 2019. Kentucky’s John Calipari and Joel Justus watched him extensively at the Peach Jam in July, and Calipari then met with Wiseman this week in Memphis.

Wiseman already held offers from Louisville, Arizona, Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Texas, and Vanderbilt.
