Jake Forrester, the 6-foot-9 power forward from the Westtown (PA) School, committed to Indiana on Monday via Twitter.
Forrester took his second official visit to Indiana this past weekend.
“To my parents, I want you to know that I love you and appreciate all of the support that you have given me throughout this entire process,” said Forrester in a statement released via Twitter. I want to thank Coach [Archie] Miller at Indiana University and I’m proud to say that I will be a Hoosier! ?⚪️”
According to 247Sports, Forrester is ranked as the No. 168 overall player in the Class of 2018 and the No. 3 player from the state of Pennsylvania. He joins Jerome Hunter, Damezi Anderson, and Robert Phinisee as the fourth commit in Indiana’s 2018 class.

Forrester took official visits to Seton Hall (Sept. 2) and Indiana (Sept. 8) before committing to the Hoosiers. He also had official visits planned to Pittsburgh (Sept. 15), Xavier (Sept. 22), and Virginia Tech (Sept. 29) but those will be canceled.
“I’m just a high-motor energy guy, playing above the rim and being able to shoot the 15-21 footer,” Forrester told ZAGSBLOG last month. “I would be a four man there, four/three, a pick-and-pop guy, shoot the three, all that.”
