2018 G Quentin Grimes cuts list to seven

By SEAN BOCK

Quentin Grimes, the 6-foot-4 point guard from College Park High School (TX), announced his final seven schools via Twitter.

Grimes is down to a final seven of Kentucky, Arizona, Texas A&M, Kansas, Marquette, Baylor, and Texas in no particular order.

The 21st overall ranked player and 5th ranked point guard in the class of 2018, has yet to take any official visits but told Rivals he plans on visiting Kansas, Arizona, and Texas.

Quentin told ZAGSBLOG back in January that Baylor, Kansas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Arizona are the five schools recruiting him the hardest. The only one of those schools to be cut from his current list is Oklahoma.

Grimes averaged 21.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 4.3 assists at the Adidas Summer Championships last week with his AAU team, Basketball University.
