Cam Reddish, the 6-foot-7 guard/forward from the Westtown (PA) School and Team Final, is down to a final five of Duke, UCLA, Kentucky, UConn and Villanova.

He cut Arizona, Maryland and Miami from his previous list of eight.

Ranked No. 5 in the Class of 2018 by 247Sports.com, Reddish averaged 10.7 points and 4.3 rebounds for the USA U19 team that finished third at the FIBA U19 World Cup in Cairo, Egypt.

He plans to take his five official visits in the fall and target a decision sometime in “November or December-ish hopefully,” he said at the Peach Jam.

As expected, Canadian star R.J. Barrett announced he will reclassify to 2018 from 2019, which will make him eligible for the 2019 NBA Draft.

Barrett is currently ranked No. 3 in the Class of 2018 per 247Sports.com behind Marvin Bagley and Zion Williamson.

“Well, after thinking things over with my family for a while I have officially decided to reclassify to the 2018 class,” the 6-foot-7 guard from Montverde (FL) Academy and UPlay Canada wrote in his USA Today blog. “I’m right on track to graduate in 2018 and academically everything is great.”

Several notable Canadians have opted to reclass ahead a year after attending school in the U.S., including former No. 1 pick Andrew Wiggins, against whom Barrett has played one-on-one and with whom he has been compared. Andrew Nembhard, Barrett’s AAU and high school teammate, just announced he was reclassing to 2018.

Barrett also listed some of the schools that are making him a priority in the recruiting process.

Andrew Nembhard, the 6-foot-4, 175-pound Canadian point guard from UPlay Canada and Montverde (FL) Academy, has reclassified to 2018 from 2019.

Nembhard joins an elite group of Class of 2018 point guards from the U.S. that includes Immanuel Quickley, Darius Garland, Tre Jones and Jahvon Quinerly.

Florida, Gonzaga, Michigan and Stanford are among the schools working hardest for Nembhard.

“He likes those schools because they’re good people, they’re recruiting him the right way,” UPlay Canada coach Dwayne Washington said recently. “The reason why those are the four schools is because he’s really looking at the academic side, that mean’s a lot to that family.”

Still, Washington said Nembhard is “wide open” to other schools like Vanderbilt and Oklahoma that are recruiting him.
