Seton Hall Stays on Track for Second Straight NCAA Bid With Win at DePaul

Seton Hall stayed on track for a second straight NCAA Tournament bid by virtue of an 82-79 win at DePaul on Saturday.

The defending Big East Tournament champion Pirates improved to 18-10, 8-8 in the Big East heading into their final two league games — home Tuesday to Georgetown and at Butler on March 4. Should they win one of those two they would finish 9-9 in Big East play and remain on track for the NCAAs.

Seton Hall hasn’t been to two straight NCAAs since the early 1990s.

ESPN’s Joe Lunardi currently has the Pirates among his “Last Four In.”

Angel Delgado notched his 10th straight double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, Desi Rodriguez added 19 points and five rebounds and Khadeen Carrington scored 18 points and dished six assists.
