Tyler Lydon Exits Syracuse Game With Strained Achilles

Syracuse sophomore forward Tyler Lydon exited the team’s 105-57 victory over Eastern Michigan late in the first half with a strained Achilles.

The 6-foot-9 Lydon is averaging 11.8 points and 7.4 rebounds and was coming off a career-high 29-point outing in Saturday’s loss to Georgetown.

Lydon is currently the projected No. 17 pick in 2017 by DraftExpress.com.

Syracuse hosts St. John’s on Wednesday.
