Quade Green Cuts to Nine Schools

Quade Green, the 6-foot point guard from Philadelphia (PA) Neumann-Goretti and the PSA Cardinals, has trimmed his list to nine schools from 13.

Green is considering Kentucky, Kansas, Xavier, Arizona, Duke, Syracuse, Villanova, Temple and Louisville, per his Instagram.

This summer, Green won a gold medal with the USA U18 team at the FIBA Americas Championship in Chile, and also led the PSA Cardinals to the finals of the Peach Jam, earning all-first team honors along the way.

Duke is perceived by many as the leader for his services beginning in 2017.

“It was just an offer,” he said at the Peach Jam. “Now I can lay all my offers on the table and see where I want to go.”

He added: “I mean Duke is Duke. They are going to try to recruit the best, make the best of their program.”

Asked if he could see himself there, he said, “I don’t know yet. I don’t know yet.”
