Moore is ranked the No. 15 point guard in the Class of 2016 by 247Sports.com.
“I will bring a floor leader and a winning attitude towards the team,” he told SNY.tv.
Also announcing on Thursday will be point guard De’Aaron Fox and power forwards De’Ron Davis and T.J. Leaf.
