T.J. Leaf is down to eight schools after decommitting from Arizona.
The 6-foot-10, 217-pound 2016 face-up forward from El Cajon (CA) Foothills Christian is now considering Kentucky, Kansas, UCLA, Texas, California, San Diego State, Gonzaga and Indiana, according to the Compton Magic AAU program.
His father, Brad Leaf, confirmed the list and said his son would soon cut it further.
“Moving quickly down to five and then will set visits,” he said, adding that they could cut the list further this weekend.
