The list includes Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, Kansas, St John’s, Louisville, N.C. State, UNLV, Maryland and Indiana.
The 6-foot-5 Alkins has set an unofficial visit to Kentucky for Big Blue Madness on Oct. 16.
He still has to decide where he will attend prep school for the 2015-16 season.
