After asking several NBA scouts their thoughts on Kentucky’s Tyler Ulis, Syracuse’s Chris McCullough, Kansas’ Kelly Oubre, St. John’s Rysheed Jordan, Texas’ Jonathan Holmes and Iowa’s Aaron White, we now have an update on several other NBA prospects.

Kentucky’s Willie-Cauley Stein, Utah’s Jakob Poeltl, Ohio State’s D’Angelo Russell and UCLA’s Kevon Looney have all seen their stock rise.

Here’s a breakdown:

Ty Graves, a 5-foot-11, 165-pound 2016 point guard from Montverde (FL) Academy, verbally committed to Boston College on Wednesday.

“Yeah, he did a verbal commit this morning,” his father, Kevin, told SNY.tv.

“The campus is beautiful, the facilities are great. [He liked] the academics, they have their own law school, the coaching staff. Coach Scott Spinelli started recruiting Ty at Maryland. He was at Maryland with Coach [Mark] Turgeon. When he got the job at BC for the first year, he just never stopped recruiting Ty. He came to see us in Vegas. He came to see us in Myrtle Beach, he came to see us in Pittsburgh, he was just always there.

RawleKentucky continues to track 2016 Christ the King guard Rawle Alkins after SNY.tv reported they first reached out in July.

“Slice called my coach [Joe Arbitello],” Alkins told SNY.tv.

Alkins said Arbitello told him Kentucky assistant Barry “Slice” Rohrssen said, “Rawle is the real deal, I see” after Alkins’ recent performance against Kentucky signee Charles Matthews.

In that Dec. 6 game against Chicago (IL) St. Rita, Alkins went for 28 points, including 4-of-6 from 3-point range, in an 87-56 rout at the Chicago Elite Classic.

JabariAdd Jabari Parker to the growing list of high-profile NBA rookies who has suffered a major injury.

Parker has a torn ACL in his left knee and is done for the season, the Milwaukee Bucks announced on Twitter after it was reported by ESPN and Yahoo! Sports.

“[Parker] returned to Milwaukee [Tuesday] afternoon to undergo an MRI that revealed a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his left knee,” the Bucks said on Twitter.

“Parker will undergo surgery to repair the injury and is expected to miss the remainder of the 2014-15 season.”

Typical ACL recovery takes 6-8 months, putting Parker back sometime next summer.

Mohamed Bamba, a 6-foot-10 2017 power forward from Norristown (PA) Westtown and the PSA Cardinals, has picked up offers from the head coaches of Maryland and Villanova, PSA Cardinals coach Terrance “Munch” Williams told SNY.tv.

Maryland offered on Monday, and Villanova on Tuesday.

He previously had offers from Seton Hall, Temple, James Madison, Penn State, Rice and Yale.

“Mohammed Bamba has everything he needs to be an NBA player,” Westtown coach Seth Berger recently told SNY.tv. “Talent, intelligence, the ability and desire to learn, length and hand-eye coordination. If he  doesn’t get there, he will make a major impact off the court in the world.”
