Ivan Rabb Awaiting Carolina Home Visit to Plan Officials

Ivan Rabb is awaiting a home visit with North Carolina before he sets his official visits, his high school coach told SNY.tv.

“All the schools have been in except for one and that’s North Carolina,” Bishop O’Dowd coach Lou Richie said, adding that Roy Williams had a schedule conflict that prevented this week’s planned visit.

“There’s no set date [for the Carolina visit],” Richie said.

The 6-foot-10 power forward has already met with UCLA, Kentucky, Kansas, Cal, Arizona and Georgetown.

“He’s going to wait until after Carolina comes in and then he’ll release a list on who he’s going to do officials with,” Richie said.

Rabb told SNY.tv last month at the Elite 24 game that Kentucky and Cal would make his final list.

“I’m still trying to figure out my five,” he said then. “I think I want to cut my list to five before I set up my five officials.”
