Jonathan Nwankwo Cuts to 6 Schools

Jonathan Nwankwo, a 6-foot-9 2015 center from House of Sports and Victory Rock (FL) Prep, has cut his list to six schools.

He is considering Minnesota, Tennessee, Seton Hall, Rice, Temple and Fordham, his guardian Derrik Riullano told SNY.tv after it was reported by Matt Steinbrink of Rivals.

Riullano said they were in the process of working out his visit schedule.

“We’re actually going to discuss it [Monday] and Tuesday,” he told SNY.tv by phone.

House of Sports coach Andy Borman told SNY.tv: “He’s a 6-9, 260-pound big that’s coming into his own. He has a high D-1 body and a huge upside. He’s a great rebounder, good finisher, really efficient from the free throw line. He’s a no-brainer high-major kid.”

Stay tuned for more on this recruitment.
