LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Built like a full grown man, Edrice “Bam” Adebayo has shown over the past two weeks that he belongs in that group of top players in the class of 2016.

“Peach Jam went really well,” Adebayo told SNY.tv. “There’s nothing like Peach Jam. If you want exposure you have to go there. If you want to win, you have to come with the best team.”

Boo Williams reached the semifinals, before losing to Team Penny 77-68.

Listed at 6-foot-9, 220 pounds, Adebayo is a monster on the glass, with post moves that have come a long way in the past couple months. He says that current Brooklyn Net Kevin Garnett is a player he models his game after.

“I want everything,” Adebayo said. “I’m hungry. I’m just another KG. I’m mean, and I just want to win. He really is one of my favorite players.”

Playing alongside prospects Chris Clarke, Kenny Williams, Justin Robinson and Matt Coleman on Boo Williams, Adebayo has shown off his full array of skills down low, as well as his motor, which is one of the best in the country.

“I pride myself on it,” Adebayo said. “I go home and I bust my tail. I guess they’re just noticing it now, that I have a big motor.”

Ranked No. 11 in the class of 2016 by 247 Sports, Adebayo has offers from North Carolina, NC State, Virginia Tech, Cincinnati, Kansas, Wake Forest, Iowa State, East Carolina and Memphis.
