RIVERSIDE, Ill.— The rankings make sense.

Glynn Watson can distribute, score, defend and create — part of what made him a Top-10 point guard in the Class of 2015.

Unlike some other elite prospects, though, Watson’s commitment could alter the future of several programs.

The 5-foot-11 Watson out of Westchester, IL (St. Joseph) is ranked No. 67 in the Class of 2015 by Rivals. He said that Purdue, Nebraska and Creighton are his three most intense suitors. All of them could use a program-defining upgrade.

Jordan Harris is here to stay.

The 6-foot-4 lefty has made a name for himself over the course of the summer, leading Showtime Hoops 16U alongside close friend and top prospect Tyree Crump.

“Tyree and I have known each other since we were really small,” Harris told SNY.tv. “I know that I make him better, and I know that he makes me better. That’s why I came to Showtime.”

The duo has torn it up so far, leading to them drawing some significant interest from schools all over the nation

“Right now, I’ve got interest from Kansas, Duke, Missouri, Miami, NC State, UConn, Florida State, Georgia, Alabama and Michigan State,” Harris told SNY.tv.

WEST ORANGE. N.J. — Bryant Crawford, a 6-foot-2 point guard from Washington, D.C., Gonzaga and Team Takeover, will visit Villanova Thursday and Louisville June 11. He is also working on a visit to Maryland, Gonzaga coach Steve Turner told SNY.tv.

N.C. State, Wake Forest, Indiana and Georgetown are also involved for Crawford, who went for 20 points in a losing effort Saturday night in the Mary Kline Classic Underclassmen Game at West Orange High School.

“I think finally people are going to see this spring the real Bryant Crawford,” Turner said by phone. “Bryant’s had to deal with a couple different injuries during his high school career and from where he was at the beginning of it all to he is now he’s basically back to where thought he would be.”

Briscoe RCRoselle (N.J.) Catholic point guard Isaiah Briscoe will cut his list to eight schools later this month, his father told SNY.tv.

After helping the Playaz Basketball Club go 13-3 on the Nike EYBL circuit in April and May, Briscoe has a busy June. He competed in the Pangos All-American Camp this past weekend and will head to the USA Basketball U18 tryouts next week in Colorado Springs. If he makes that team for the FIBA Americas U18 Championship, he could be busy through June 24, the date of the final.

The tournament runs June 20-24 and if the USA gets to the final, Briscoe would miss the Kyrie Irving Nike Skills Academy, which runs June 23-25 at Kean University.

“It will be after USA Basketball,” George Briscoe told SNY.tv of when his son would announce his list.
