Glynn Watson visited Nebraska on Friday and will travel to nearby Creighton for a Saturday trip, he confirmed to SNY.tv.
“It went well,” Watson said of his Nebraska visit. “I like the whole coaching staff and the campus.”
The Westchester IL (St. Joseph’s) point guard labeled Nebraska and Creighton as two of the schools most interested in him — with Purdue being the other.
Watson said last weekend that Nebraska kept important contact with him throughout the recruiting process. The coaching staff watched him at last year’s Proviso West (IL) tournament and came through with an offer in late April.
The Rivals.com No. 67 player in the Class of 2015 wants to make his decision before his senior high school season begins. He plans to travel to Purdue for a third official visit as well.
A potential game-changing player for each of the interested schools, this should be a crucial weekend in determining Watson’s college decision.
