NEWARK, N.J. —  Eli Cain, the 6-foot-4 junior guard from St. Benedict’s Prep, is being recruited by several high- and mid-major schools.

Memphis became the latest school to offer Cain on Monday.

Cain also currently has official offers from Temple, St. Joseph’s, Delaware and Quinnipiac.

Georgia Tech and Virginia are also now involved, as are Seton Hall, Texas Tech, Rutgers and Villanova, Cain told SNY.tv.

“I’ve been talking to a lot of high-major schools lately,” he told SNY.tv.

“Eli is getting better and better,” St. Ben’s coach Mark Taylor said. “He has great upside.”
