Parents Claim They Don’t Know Where Jones, Okafor Are Going

If we are to believe Twitter, the parents of Jahlil Okafor and Tyus Jones are in the dark about the looming decision of their sons.

Chuck Okafor, Jahlil’s father, Tweeted on Thursday evening to Debbie Jones, Tyus’ mother:  @Debbieddjones let go .. Do you know? ?? If yes please tell me. .lol..”

Tyus’ mother responded: “Find out tomorrow.”

The dynamic duo are expected to announce for either Duke or Kansas at 4 p.m. ET on ESPNU, although Baylor is still in the mix for both and Jones still officially lists Minnesota.

Jones told a Minnesota radio show Monday night the two would likely go to school together.

“We’re pretty positive,” said Jones on a Monday night radio appearance on 105 The Ticket, according to the Minnesota Tribune. “It’s not 100 percent that we’re going to the same school, but it’s up there pretty close to 100.”
