Goodluck Okonboh, No. 21 in the ESPN 100, will make his college commitment live on ESPNU Thursday during the studio-show halftime of the Western Kentucky at Louisiana-Monroe college football game. The game is set to begin on ESPNU at 7:30 p.m. ET.
The 6-foot- 9 Okonboh plays center at Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Mass.) and is the No. 1 recruit in Massachusetts. He is deciding between Indiana, Ohio State and UNLV.
Asked what kind of player he will be in college, his AAU coach, Vin Pastore, told SNY.tv, “A great one.”
“Goodluck has a great motor and great timing off his feet. The combination of both makes him a great shot-blocker. HE has a college ready body and is both mentally and physically ready to compete at the highest level. He has a very much improved skillset and has a variety of low-post moves and a consistent step-away jump shot.”
