Brandon Austin Updates Visits

Former Penn State commit Brandon Austin has updated several visit dates.

The 6-foot-6, 175-pound small forward out of Philly Imhotep Charter will take an unofficial to Providence Sept. 8 and to Georgetown Sept. 10, his AAU coach, Lonnie Lowry, told SNY.tv.

He also took an unofficial to Temple in August.

“UCLA is getting an official,” Lowry added. “We’re just waiting for them to get back [from China] and settled to get a date.”

Austin, who recently decommitted from Penn State to re-examine his options, is also considering Baylor, Florida, SMU and Maryland, Lowry said recently.
