Springsteen Announces ‘Wrecking Ball’ Tour Dates

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band announced tour dates for the “Wrecking Ball” Tour, which kicks off March 18 in Atlanta and wraps up May 2 in Newark.

Tickets go on sale Friday.

For those of us here in the New York area, The Boss will play two dates at the Izod Center (April 3 & 4) and two more at Madison Square Garden (April 6 & 9) before returning for the Newark show.

Bruce will also play one date in Boston, two in Philly and one at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Rolling Stone reports Springsteen will begin a long European tour 11 days after the U.S. tour ends, and will then return to America in the fall, possibly to play stadiums. He will reportedly play Chicago’s Wrigley Field in early September.

The album itself drops March 6.
