2013 Center Beejay Anya Says He’s ‘Wide Open’

DeMatha Catholic junior center Beejay Anya is one of the most sought after big men in the Class of 2013.

After putting up 24 points and 9 rebounds to help DeMatha beat Kuran Iverson and Northwest Catholic at the Hoophall Classic, the 6-foot-8 Anya told MassLive.com he holds offers from UCLA, Texas, Kansas, Ohio State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Maryland, Florida, Indiana, Seton Hall and Georgetown, among others.

“I’m just really wide open right now,” he said in the above interview. “I probably won’t make any decisions to visit until late spring or probably during the summer.”
