Prince Ibeh Talks Recruiting

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. — His name is Prince Ibeh but he says he’s never listened to a Prince album.

He likes hip hop instead.

The 6-foot-10, 230-pound center from Garland, Texas lists Texas, Maryland, Texas A&M, Baylor, Vanderbilt, Arkansas and Florida at this stage of his recruitment.

“Texas, Maryland and Vanderbilt, those are the persistent ones,” he said.

Asked where he might visit, the 2012 big man said, “I haven’t decided which visits I’m going to take. I’m thinking about them.”

As for what kind of player he can be, the Team Texas Titans center said:  “I’ve always been a defensive player, I’ve worked on my offense a lot. By the time I go to college I think I can do a lot of good things.”
