Check out this BoxofMess.com interview with Oak Hill (Va.) Academy guard guard Doron Lamb from the McDonald’s All-American Game.

The 6-foot-4 Lamb lists Kansas, Kentucky, UConn, West Virginia and Arizona and says he’ll announce April 17 at the Jordan Brand Classic.

“There’s no favorites,” he said. “They’re all on the same level.”

    • These interviews are terrible. I’m uncomfortable just watching this interaction.

    • News circulating around Lexington is the Cats may be losing another player Darnell Dodson to the draft. Most think around here that he is having issues off the court and will not be back next year. Hopefully he gets his act together and returns. That being said, Doron Lamb has a starting spot waiting for him if he wants to be a Cat.
Cal has 6 scholley’s filled for next year and the rest are leaving or up in the air. So Leslie, Knight, Lamb, Jones, Ross, Cothron, and Selby can all see major minutes next year. I know we are not going to get all of them, but plenty of playing time is available.

    • Who know’s what Doron is going to do, but I’m happy that he mentioned UConn first in the first 3 questions. The Huskies are obviously in the front of his mind. I hope that Coach Calhoun, Kemba, and high school teammate Roscoe steer him in the right direction.

    • Amen to that, although I’d still rather have Joseph
