FAMOUS DONE FOR THE SEASON

Seton Hall target Jarrid Famous and his Westchester Community College teammates are done for the season after losing to Monroe College, 101-78, Saturday night in a Region XV semifinal. The 6-11 Famous had 28 points and 7 rebounds. He will make an official visit to Missouri March 4 and has already visited Seton Hall officially. He will have three visits left and is considering UConn, Louisville, Villanova, South Florida, Xavier, DePaul and St. John’s.

Boise State signee Westly Perryman had 31 points and was 7-of-10 from 3 in the first half for Monroe and Kyle Wright added 18 points.  Monroe plays ASA (with no Mike Glover) Sunday for the Region XV championship.
