HARTFORD, Conn. – Levance Fields hadn’t made a single shot all night, but that didn’t stop him from taking the two biggest ones of the game.
Fields, Pittsburgh’s senior point guard out of Brooklyn, drained two clutch 3-pointers in the final 3:09 to break a 61-all tie and lead the No. 4 Panthers to a 76-68 victory over No. 1 UConn at the XL Center in ESPN’s “Big Monday” broadcast.
